RETURNS POLICY

• We do not provide refunds. However, exchanges are available for incorrect sizes or manufacturing defects within our exchange policy period.
• Exchange(one time) is available within 7 days for in-store purchases and 3 days from the date of delivery for online orders.
• Items marked as final sales or at discounted prices, are not eligible for exchange unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
• If you have received faulty item or you believe your order is faulty, lease contact us immediately.We will get this fixed ASAP for you. 
• If the item delivered is damaged, wrong size, or incorrect, exchange delivery is free. Otherwise, delivery fees apply to the customer.
•  Items are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, in original condition, with all tags attached, packaging intact, and accompanied by a valid purchase receipt.
• Exchanges are accepted only for products of equal or higher value than the original item.
•  Accessories including glasses, belts, innerwear, wallets, necklaces, bags, caps, beanies, socks, and similar items as well as products purchased during sales or at discounted prices, are not eligible for exchange unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
• All items are subject to inspection and approval by store staff before an exchange is processed.
• This policy may be revised as necessary, without prior notice.

CONDITION OF RETURN

Please take care when trying on any products.

All garment/s must be returned:

• Unworn and unwashed.
• with all original tags still attached.
• In all correct and original packaging.
• No smell of perfume,deodorant or washing powder.
• All shoes must be returned in the original shoe box (as it was delivered to you) and must be tried on indoors/soft floor (no scruff marks).
